“Before visiting Michelle, I felt stuck in a dark rut of low energy, with stagnant cycles of unproductive thoughts, fear, and an inability to relax. In my sessions, Michelle has helped me see a glimmer of light as she guided me through an insightful path to calmness. After the sessions, I have more positive energy and can navigate the day-to-day, feeling a sense of safety and clarity. She is a gifted, powerful human. She is doing life-changing work, and I plan to attend more sessions. ”
An easy way to find BIH from Ithaca is to head south on 96B, past Ithaca College, until the speed limit decreases to 40mph. Look for and turn right onto Gunderman Rd. just after the Danby Gathery. Continue on Gunderman Rd. for 2 miles, going straight through the stop sign. BIH is the last house on the left and has parking in front of the house. If you take a sharp right turn, you’ve gone too far.
